How safe is silicon for our health? The Silicon used for our baking forms is absolutely safe for food usage due to the fact that it is the same material used for the production of the pacifiers for babies. The silicon kitchenware sold in Germany has been through a number of laboratory tests certifying the safety of the material as to its usage to the preparation of food.
The warranty period of our products is at least 2 YEARS.
What do I do when the product is faulty within the warranty period? Unlike anyone else who is advising to redirect your claims to the manufacturer or the regional representative, you can return the product directly to us after contacting us by telephone. After our technical service has checked the product and we are informed that the defect is exclusively due to the manufacturing, we shall either provide you with a replacement of the same or similar product, or return you the value of the product in CASH. The warranty period starts at the date of purchase and for this reason a copy of the receipt should be sent with the product when it is returned as defect. The guarantee is valid when the product has been used according to the Instructions of use and is used or operated properly and for flaws or defects which appear during its proper use. The guarantee is not valid for malfunction resulting from any falling, negligence or improper use, improper maintenance or adjustment, placement & or disposal in an inappropriate environment, natural wear & tear, obsolence, for disposables (e.g. batteries) and spare parts.The company is not liable in any way expressed or implied for any direct, indirect, special, random, or or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the product.
Τhe shipping & handling cost amounts to 6€ irrespective of the volume of your order with the exception of the items carrying the indication and are to be charged 44€ due to their bulky size. If, due to our fault, we need to proceed with a split delivery, the customer will not be charged. If your order is 95€ and above, you will be receiving your order with no shipping cost charged. The shipping cost corresponds to the surface delivery via Post Office. Air Mail Service via Post Office varies depending on the weight (0-5kg 24€, 5-10kgs 31€, 10-20kgs 45€) and has a delivery time of 7 working days. If you wish a door to door delivery with UPS within 6 working days, the cost is 62€ and for Next Working Day Delivery 195€. If you wish any shipping method other than the one, we deliver as standard, that is Surface, you might include it on the Comments section of the order procedure. We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with Agorama.Com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 7 days after contacting us by telephone. In order to accept the return, the product should not have been used, to be in its original packaging which will be intact along with the instructions of use and all other documents that accompany it without any usage trace. You will be receiving a call from the forwarder if you are receiving a Freight. Order or from your local post office. We are unable to accept returns of special orders since they are not part of our product array which we keep a stock and respectively advertise. These products are different for every customer and express individual preference. These may only be returned if they are faulty. Special orders are to be prepaid to the bank accounts mentioned in the Payment section above. Portraits, Famous Paintings are under the category of special orders. The shipping and handling fee vary between 10€ and 260€ (in case of Freight Order which includes a transport insurance of up to 10.000€). Order cancellations are accepted before the order confirmation, that is 2 days after the day you order.
